Forgery Display at Freeland Library

There will be a "forgery" display at the Freeland Library during the month of February. The Froggwellian has organized a display of about 15 paintings by local artists, primarily from his personal collection.

In addition, Anne B. will present "What Makes Great Art Great?" at 2:00 pm Sunday, February 20 at the Freeland Library.  She will discuss some notable past and present forgers, along with painting techniques and art interpretation.

For more information, see the article "Mais non! A forgery? Impossible!" in the current issue of The South Whidbey Record (January 29, 1011).

Included in the display will be the following "forgery" by Anne B.

Symphony in White #2: The Little White Girl, 1864
